Najam firmly believes that “Hard work beats talent when talent does not work hard,” a principle he applies rigorously to his investment philosophy.

His profound interest in investing began early, meticulously studying the principles of value investing from the legendary Warren Buffett by listening to Berkshire Hathaway’s Annual General Meetings dating back to 1994. Over the past five years, he has successfully applied these time-tested value investing principles to companies listed in Pakistan.

Under his leadership, ARN Financial Advisors, which he founded, currently manages Assets Under Advisory (AUA) exceeding PKR 4 billion as of 2024.
