Founder and CEO of ARN Financial Advisors and ARN Securities, embodies the synergy of passion and profession. He often states, “It is a beautiful thing when a career and a passion come together,” a sentiment that has profoundly shaped his entrepreneurial journey. Najam firmly believes that “Hard work beats talent when talent does not work hard,” a principle he applies rigorously to his investment philosophy.

His profound interest in investing began early, meticulously studying the principles of value investing from the legendary Warren Buffett by listening to Berkshire Hathaway’s Annual General Meetings dating back to 1994. Over the past five years, he has successfully applied these time-tested value investing principles to companies listed in Pakistan.

Under his leadership, ARN Financial Advisors, which he founded, currently manages Assets Under Advisory (AUA) exceeding PKR 4 billion as of 2024.

M. Nadeem Ali, CEO and Director of ARN Securities, has built his leadership on a foundation most executives never touch: the books themselves. With over two decades in Pakistan’s financial sector — including 24 years at Shaffi Securities, where he managed everything from financial audits and tax compliance to client settlements and investor relations — Nadeem understands the operational reality of the stock market from the inside out. His academic grounding, an MBA in Banking & Finance from the University of Central Punjab paired with ACMA certification from the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan, gives him a lens that bridges the trading floor and the boardroom.

With a robust academic foundation in Economics and a concurrent association with Chartered Accountancy, Salman Arshad brings a unique blend of strategic insight and financial acumen to ARN Securities. His career is marked by progressive experience and outstanding credentials in the realm of equity trading services, where he has consistently demonstrated a keen understanding of market dynamics and trading strategies.

Salman possesses strong interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills, which have been pivotal in his proven success. He excels in financial advisory, seamlessly guiding clients through complex market landscapes, and is particularly adept at streamlined client onboarding processes that ensure a smooth and efficient transition into the world of investing. Furthermore, his strategic use of social media has significantly driven growth, expanding access to and engagement with equity markets.
